On arrival, we signed in and were given the access codes to our rooms, both rooms were not clean, beds not made etc. We had to wait for 90 minutes for 2 clean rooms to be readied, and then we were given smaller rooms. But after driving for 9 hours, we settled. The floor in one of the rooms is coming up, and could be dangerous if your not wearing foot coverings. There were silver fish in the bathtub. There was a lot of noise and shouting from other guests late into the night into early hours, there seem to be no concern for other guests. The website does not mention that larger vehicles will be charged extra for valet service and will be stored off-site. The valet service person, Kevin, went out of his way to help us, he is a great asset to the hotel. Also Kelly at the front desk was very accommodating under the circumstances, she handled the issues well.

Super convenient
Check in was quick, the hotel and rooms were very nice. For me the bed was fine, but if I were over 5'10", the bed would have been small/short. I used the blow dryer and the power went out in the bathroom, so we had to reset the circuit. The location was super convenient for both the Intuit Dome and SoFi Stadium. On site restaurant was good. Would definitely stay again!

Me and my wife stay here everytime we attend a rams game. Would recommend to anyone who is attending an event at SoFi. 7 min walk to and from stadium and they have an amazing restaurant / bar on first and 2nd floor. Also a rooftop bar!

Great hotel to watch a game in the area!
Great stay to watch a Rams game. The hotel was clean and in good shape, and the people were really nice. The only complaint was the TV was about the size of a computer monitor and the ironing board was about 2 inches off the ground but there was nowhere to set it. Shower and bathroom were super nice, but in the living area it would have been nice to have a couple of chairs.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, nice room. It’s a bit noisy with traffic and activity outside due to the location near event centers, etc, but the room had a white noise machine and we utilized it (and slept great). We would definitely stay here again for another trip to a game in Sofi. We were able to walk everywhere (there is a Starbucks nearby as well as a few restaurant options). We only had to use Uber getting to and from the airport.

Comfortable, convenient and gracious employees.
My boyfriend and I were in Inglewood one night for a concert at the YouTube theater. Everyone at the Lüm Hotel very accommodating, friendly, personable, our room was clean and comfortable. We'd stay there again.
