It is a great nostalgic cruise ship and given the age is fairly well maintained. Do not go during Dark Harbor unless you’re ok with noisy craziness. Many of the “normal” areas are closed and can only be accessed thru Dark Harbor tickets.

Not so good…
So disappointed. Our family was excited, only to arrive to a massive carnival right outside our room. No warning when booking, just a notice when checking in that it would be loud from 8pm- 2am all 3 nights so we’d have to wear ear plugs if we wanted to sleep. For the price, I guess maybe I would have appreciated a heads up. Then, we had to walk 10 minutes to parking that we also had to pay for since the carnival was occupying the hotel parking. The ship was cool, but the bar and restaurant staff were not so friendly and unaware of drink and menu items. Overall, it was a waste of money for a family vacation and I wish we would have stayed at a regular hotel.

The experience of spending the night on such a historic ship was incredible! The majority of the staff was fantastic! The girl who checked us in, didn’t quite give us as much information as we noticed other people received. We thoroughly enjoyed the paranormal tour with Gil… he is a wealth of information and funny! We also enjoyed 57 Ghosts with Michael! One downfall we noticed was the girl at the Marketplace Café was vaping behind the counter and blowing her nose. Definitely a turn off! Mary Jane in the Promenade Café was a sweetheart! we really enjoyed our room and the location however, the walls are very thin, but we do understand! I will shower water pressure was just a trickle coming from the showerhead. I need to replace room M147.

Good room. Great service. Poor food
The hotel staff and service was amazing. The room that we had was quite big for being on a ship with a decent shower. My only recommendation will be not to eat at the restaurants. We had dinner and then breakfast. Both are dinners Little to zero flavor and I had the breakfast buffet and it was barely above the complimentary breakfast you get at other hotels Both staffs for the hotel and restaurant were amazing
