The Tangerine was a dream. A very quiet and safe respite from the city and so convenient to get to Universal. The staff was amazing and made us feel so welcome. Alyson was so kind and even brought us towels when she saw us head down to the pool. We will definitely stay at The Tangerine next time we are in LA

Would definitely stay here again! The 24 hour lobby was great! The staff was always super nice and welcoming. They had water, coffee and tea available at all hours. Room big enough to accommodate 4 people without feeling too cramped. A few cons would be parking spaces are a bit tight and the tv is a bit outdated. Even with that, would stay here again just because of the staff, the coffee machine, and the location. Would highly recommend staying here if you're going to Universal Studios, since it's not too far. Also lots of good restaurants and coffee shops within walkable distance!

Loooooved this place so much. The staff was fantastic, super easy to catch an Uber to/from Universal, great food nearby. The bed was great to crash in and get some well needed shut-eye.

I love this cute little boutique “motel”, and stay here every time im in the area! The rooms are cute and clean, with deep bathtubs and soft beds. The heated pool is a lovely amenity and the area is relatively quiet with walkable access to restaurants and coffee (across the street is Olive and Thyme, where you’ll find the BEST lattes and breakfast/lunch items). There is a nice coffee machine in the lobby that makes lattes, cappuccinos, and cocoa, and every morning there are large, fresh, local pastries for breakfast that is included for all guests. All the staff are nice and helpful, and check in hours start at 1pm, which is a great feature. Universal Studios is about 1 mile away, which makes it convenient for both Uber or driving (parking at the hotel is easy and accessible as well). 10/10 recommend The Tangerine!

It’s a great place close to everything Burbank has to offer. The wallpaper is beginning to peel at the seams. The AC is small.

They have a nice coffee machine in the lobby and the lobby is open 24 hours so you have access to that automatic machine. Warner brothers studio is a quick walk and the tour itself is a must. It’s a short drive to universal studios Hollywood so the room itself is nice especially for somewhere you won’t be in all the time unless that’s your plan. I do a single bed but they she a pool. Food options insane as there’s tons it places to ear. During horror nights this hotel is a great value as the other hotels are way too much.

The Tangerine was a lovely little motel, all the staff were exceptional, the pastries and coffee were great each morning. The pool and area were kept clean. We chose not to have any cleaning in our 5 day stay but the staff were friendly and accommodating when I switched out towels, emptied garbage, etc. Limited parking in the front lot but more spaces in the back, there was also limited time parking on the street out front. Close to many restaurants, coffee shops,Warner Bros and not a far drive from downtown attractions. I gave it 4 stars because although renovated nicely, our room was showing wear and tear with wall paper peeling and the carpets smelling musty. I would suggest bringing slippers or indoor shoes so your feet/ socks do not get dirty. All in all , a nice stay!
