The staff was courteous and the check-in process was efficient. The room was well-maintained. Unfortunately, we missed breakfast, but the coffee machine was available. The only issue was with parking. Oversized trucks had to park outside, and cars occupied the designated spots. The hotel assigned me an unsafe parking spot on a blind turn. Overall, I would happily return and recommend this establishment.

this hotel is great if you’re planning to go to Universal studio. we walked there at 5:30 PM and walked from there at 1:30 AM back to the hotel. The only thing I think it’s inconvenient about the hotel. You have to pay additional to your parking and it’s limited space, it’s who comes first gets serve to park inside or you’ll have to park outside to the street, but the hotel overall is great clean place to stay and don’t need to overspend on a hotel if you’re planning to go to the theme park. I would definitely stay again here if i’m planning go back to theme park.

Arrived past 12am due to visiting Universal Studios. Bed looked like someone was laying down prior to our stay. Food crumbs on the bed and on the counters. Sticky residue from drinks on the counters, as well. Floor was slippery on some spots & sticky on other parts. There were no other rooms available for the night & we requested new sheets. We didnt want to stay but had no option due to living hours and hours away. This was my 2nd time staying at The Tilt, and will definitely will be the last.

The hotel appears pretty nice upon check in but the moment we got off of our elevator to our room the entire second floor stinks. We walked in our room and the smell of mold/mildew was so bad that my husband and I both had headaches by morning. I asked housekeeping if they could fix it but they told me that’s just how it always smells. It was so bad we were unable to enjoy our day at universal studios because we both had headaches. We ended up checking out after the first night and paying for a room at a different hotel. The bed was also stained with what appeared to be urine stains on it. We paid $547 for two nights to stay in this awful hotel and they refunded $241. It’s not worth being close to Universal Studios if you can’t even enjoy it because the room makes you sick.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We did notice some stains in our room in the lamp shade and ceiling. Otherwise everything was clean and in great shape. The hospitality alone made our entire stay worth it. We love this place and can't wait to stay here again!

Location good, service bad
The location of this hotel is its best quality. It is somewhat unusual when you walk into the lobby. Not bad just a little strange. The person at the front desk, Javier didn’t seem very knowledgeable about anything in particular. We spent two nights. The rooms were not made up after the first day, although new linens had been placed. Insufficient number of towels were placed for the number of people on the reservation. A little strange that they came into the room and did not make up the beds, only left new towels. When I called for towels the next morning at 8 AM Javier informed me that I could not have towels until 9 AM when housekeeping arrived. I asked if I could come down and get towels and he said yes. When I arrived in the lobby, he seemed to have forgotten the conversation altogether and stated that, even though he was the only person in the hotel working, he had no access to towels. So I found this to be very poor service. Nonetheless, we did have a good trip in spite of the hotel. I would be highly unlikely to stay here again, mainly due to the front desk staff, and not to the quality of the room.
