Location was the best part of this stay. Rooms were outdated and needed to be better maintained. The air conditoner was dripping onto the floor and onto our suitcase. The floors needed to be better mopped. The tv in our room did not work. The hotel did provide beach towels for our stay which was nice but we were definielty surprised by the photos which have not been updated.

The Staff was excellent... However, the room floor wasn't very clean, I walked around in my "white socks" they were black when I took them off... I litterally had to squeeze between the sink and shower door to get in / out of the shower... no hand soap for the sink... the room needs major renovations

Overall our stay was enjoyable. The room was clean, but very small. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was not good, broken tiles in shower, extremely small. Location was great. Beautiful beachfront property. Walk out the door and you’re on the beach. Everything on the Venice Boardwalk in easy walking distance, including Santa Monica Pier. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful as well as nighttime security guard.

great location! Lamps on end tables do not reach an outlet. No coffee available. Beach amenities are on the patio, not meant to be taken to beach. Overall, the listing is pretty misleading.
