It's a beautiful family friendly place. Everything was great except when i tried to upgrade the room, i was told i couldn't because i booked on an app and not directly. Very disappointed as i was willing to pay the extra fee.

Our only issue was the weather was really hot, and we needed the air conditioning on a lot of the time. Unfortunately it was right next to the bed, so the cold air was blowing directly on us all night—very uncomfortable.

The property itself it’s great. The room service is amazing and the staff are excellent, but the front desk really needs to work on working more efficiently and faster because there’s always a line no matter what I needed.
