This is the only hotel in los banos that did not discriminate against my niece because of her financial status. I applaud them for this and would recommend everyone in this area to use this hotel instead of the other hotels in los banos.

First off - they would not honor my Hotels.com reservation and charged me $30 more. While I wasn't expecting much, this place was the definition of a dump! Rust in the bathtub, towels were not even close to white. STAY AWAY!

I was given a room at the very back of the hotel. The room had no tissue in the restroom, no bed sheets on the bed, or linens on the bed at all. I couldn’t believe it. I was moved to another room, however that room had roaches crawling everywhere. Plus, after my experience in the first room I just didn’t feel comfortable staying at this place anymore. I will say the front desk staff were kind when I asked to check out only a hour after arriving. They also processed a refund for me. I will never stay here again though, or recommend it to anyone!

Worst experience ever, this place shouldn’t have not even 1 star. Terrible customer service plus you cannot even take a shower, because the shower doesn’t work. Stay away from this place.
The concierge was professional. But the room was very very dirty. I have photos for proof of how inexplicably dirty it was. It seemed like the room was not cleaned since previous guests stayed. Plus what was more appalling was that there were two families on either side, seemed like one split into two rooms, which were so noisy, they were driving too 1am right outside our door and it seemed scary to us. Talking loudly, smoking right outside and drinking bottles of alcohol. When I reported to concierge, he said he knows about the noisy guests but he could not help the situation. Very very unprofessional and dirty hotel. Very disappointed that I spent$60 for such a bad experience with Expedia and red roof
I didn’t arrive till 115am n when I got there the front desk attendant wasn’t pleasant at all (maybe because it was so late, but that’s no excuse) then he puts me in the farthest room possible where a family checked in after me and apparently had rooms upstairs and downstairs from me and kept talking loudly back-and-forth at 2 AM also the TV didn’t work, the shower wall was ripped, the toilet paper was not placed in the holder, and the floor seemed incomplete it was missing some tile panels and the pool was closed. Slept fine but not till 330am when the family finally shut up!
There was nothing like.It was a horrible experience. I made a huge mistake by making a reservation online. The pictures really fool me. We got there midnight tired from a long drive. The lobby looked somewhat decent. But once we got to the room WOW a huge disappointment. The room was filthy it seemed like they haven’t washed the linens for months. There were blood spots on the wall. Flies everywhere. The bathtub had mold built in, so gross. I wanted to cry and get out of there.
the outdoors were very dirty. flyes and cokroach everywhere. the bathroom was dirty. I didnt had a shower. all the vending machines were broken. the room smell cigaretes very much.
Just bad... we paid at the front desk they ended up taking the money off my card for security deposit and then recharge me for staying in the room again so I got double-charged watch them if you don't pay for it over the phone don't give him a card
Could easily see that the bed sheets were not clean. Management offered to correct the situation, but didn't show up to do so. Asked for and received a refund and went went to another hotel.

It was ok just needed for one night but would like if they had a blow dryer, iron and ironing board in rooms
