The property was located in a perfect location. The staff was great. Check in was easy with Nadia. The Italian restaurant next door was great. My only complaint is, I wish the breakfast opened at 530 instead of 6.

I was stranded there, got a flat on Freeway, passing wonky. It was approximately 2-3am, they took FOREVER TO CHECK ME IN. We were tired, & falling asleep waiting to be helped in the Lobby. While 2 persons were there @ Front Desk. I also didn’t appreciate the Deposit out of my card, with no heads up given.

The front desk person who checked me in was awesome. The room and facility was average. My room stunk horribly of what smelled like adult urine. I believe it was the A/C, so I had to turn that off and open the window which made for it being a bit hot. The carpet was very old.

Stayed here on a road trip back to LA and was pleasantly surprised! We chose this hotel because it was close to the 5 freeway but, it ended up superseding our expectations. Nice staff, very clean and nice room!

Stayed here with my family for the weekend and everything went smooth as expected. Room are very clean and staff are friendly customers service was great ! The inside pool is a hit for the kids.

We’re headed to car week And made a stop along the way to stay Very clean very nice we will be back, but it was a little disappointing that the spa tub did not work Fireplace awesome bed awesome breakfast not so good
