Indian food in the market place seems like repeated everyday and doesn’t looks like it’s freshly made and it’s been reheated and put back in trays every other day. Rest all amenities and service was top of the line Love it and will consider in future again .

Our butlers were great Sal and Danny Blood were amazing! The property is clean and well kept, the adults only pool is nice, it was a vibe. I wish the music they played was better or at least more diverse. The food was not the best nor were the drinks. They definitely need to fix that. That was enough for me to not go back. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience I enjoyed my stay I think it was just the food and drinks for me.

We love the Hard Rock all inclusive resorts. Book your transfers directly through hard rock. Very seamless. Food was excellent. Italian restaurant and hibachi are our favorite. Service throughout was top notch. Traveled with 13 and 15 year old sons and they had plenty to do. Booked clear boat city tour, would definitely recommend it to see the city and landmarks on the sea. Hotel is about 50 minutes from airport so a little ways out in comparison to other resorts. We booked a junior suite king with a gorgeous balcony and direct ocean views. Very clean. I really don’t have any negatives. There was a hiccup with our transportation for our city tour however the hotel found us alternate driver (Dany) and he did a fantastic job and did all he could to make sure our tour continued as planned. All in all would do it again. We will be back again!

Overall this was an enjoyable experience. However there were many things that were average or sub average such as the quality of food, service and availability of accommodations. For what it costs I was most definitely not blow away and will probably not be returning.

The workers there were exceptional. The hotel was clean. Food was decent. Plenty of activities and bars! I just wish they had more chaise lounges by the pools. I was there for 5 days and only once did i get one. Either add more adult pools with lounges or put in more lounges at the adult pools already there. That was my only gripe about my stay. I thank all the workers there, you are all wonderful and so kind!

Here’s a revised version of your message: I’ve never experienced anything like the service at Hard Rock Cancun. The staff and employees were a real disappointment. 1. Since the hotel is all-inclusive, no dinner reservations can be made. Most of the restaurants open at 5:30 PM, and it’s first-come, first-served. Every night, there’s a line of 50 people waiting before the doors even open. There’s no proper system in place for seating guests, which led to chaos. I saw people arguing with the hostesses each night after being told to come back at a certain time, only to still not be seated. The management at the front desk seemed clueless, lacking basic common sense and comprehension. After seeing reviews on Yelp, with pictures of the same manager being called out by name, I realized it wasn’t just us who experienced these issues. Also upon our arrival our shower head was broken, The elevator on our floor did not go down we had to use stairs, Tub on our patio was broken. This stay left me with a bad impression of Hard Rock Cancun. While I’ve had good experiences at other hotels, I will definitely not be returning to this one.

Hard Rock hotel is great and has everything you need. The food and facilities are all great. I used the gym 3 times and it has the most essentials. The only thing is they have loud music playing almost everywhere you go. Although it makes the resort lively, at times it be comes annoying when you want to relax. Thankfully they have a pool (Eden) that’s on the quiet side. They really do try to tailor to everyone. It’s great if you’re travelling with kids as the resort is very family oriented. Overall, I was impressed by how well the resort is maintained, and the friendliness of the staff.

My how things have changed!! We have been back to this property over the years. This is our third time. On our first visit eveything was by reservation. You could make a plan for dinner or sitting by the pool. Now if you are a regular customer don’t plan on anything- except for waiting and hoping you can find a place to sit at the pool or a place to eat dinner at one of the specialty restaurants. It was frustrating to say the least. The wait staff were wonderful. Activities at the pool were fun. We come to this location because they have live music every day. With that said we were happy to be on vacation, but disappointed with some of the changes. Not sure we will be back.
