The property is used for weddings therefore the night we arrive the special area on the roof and beach were closed to us. The next day we had no maid service in the room. They did check it but didn’t replace coffe or cups or towels or make beds. They saw the state of it but did not clean it! We are very disappointed c

Stayed here for a week. The room was beautiful. The hotel was beautiful. The staff was amazing and there whenever you needed them. Loved the private beach and the pools! Would stay here again!

I loved the property’s location and amenities. I had a great birthday getaway, filled with good food and amazing drinks. The private beach club was a plus as well. The staff was very friendly and always attentive to anything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting B.C.S.

Overall experience was great. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is the cost of food and drinks at this hotel. Prices are astronomical.

Second time staying here. Great property and the staff there is five star. The rooms are great and the Infinity pool with a swim up bar on the rooftop is wonderful. Two minute ferry ride over to the beach an additional leisurely option for suntanning. George’s restaurant is just a couple minute walk away and Flora Farms and acre restaurants are short taxi ride. Highly highly recommend.

I was quite disappointed with my room . There was loud construction happening and nobody warned me . Also my room was near a busy loud hallway. When I checked in I was not told about the property and restaurant facilities. To be honest I did not feel that welcome there and this place is overrated.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the marina area! Fun vibe - rooftop bar with DJ for entertainment. Yoga classes available as well as all beauty services. Negatives - way too much fragrance throughout the property. Air conditioning in my room created respiratory issues. Filter change probably needed.

We got to our lovely, upgraded room to realize the AC wasn’t working. After trying to fix it to no avail, we decided to leave and go to another hotel. They were very accommodating and kind. Waiting on my refund, which I’m told won’t be a problem.
