It started at the front desk with all the “hidden fees” then no one walked us to our room or gave us a tour so we were lost. When I went to complain about our room, an employee asked if we got a tour. We did not, then told us why our room lights/ AC don’t work. The bartenders were so rude and grumpy! The ladies at the restaurant argued with me bc I switched tables and said “people are waiting to sit there”, but I ALSO waited 40 min to get sat. OH AND, the drinks don’t have any alcohol? You’re better off drinking beer and wine the entire time.

The lack of understanding English makes a huge communication barrier. Some servers at the restaurants were not friendly or nice hosts. Tour arrangements made have too many unspoken stipulations where you find out too late. Will not go back to this resort.

Let’s start by saying I basically paid ALL INCLUSIVE for buffet food only and watered down drinks. Our room AC didn’t work, the room was dirty, the sliding door was broken. Walking throughout the resort there was dirty cups and food plates left in the corner. The pool has tiles most of the tiles are cracked! They had no activities. Everything closed early. Food had hair in it ! Just a terrible experience! I would love a refund !

The stay was nice. Coffee shop was great and the dining was good. Suggest a bit larger portions in Italian restaurant. The pool was nice but needs repair for tile pieces were falling off and two guest were cut on thier feet. A/c in rooms need upgrading.

This was our second trip to Krystal. First time it was called Reflect Krystal Grand This time the facilities, food, cleanliness, room condition, air conditioning quality , attitude of the staff and quality of the food deteriorated. We will not go back there. It was very impressive when it was Reflect but not any more.

We spent our 1 year anniversary here at Krystal. The staff is fantastic they upgraded our room from the start. The general manager Josafat has been great to work with. He was able to get us a few of the exclusive wine bottles for our anniversary, and he also arranged for car pick up to go to the casino in San Lucas. We spent most of our time at the adult only pool and the bartender Pedro and server Julian was great!!! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a chill vacation. It’s quiet but that is what we were looking for and it was not too crowded so the bartenders were always quick making drinks.

There are only 4 people that made our stay feel great. Those individuals were the following: >Rodrigo from the pool area, he was so friendly and always had a drink in my hands before i even ask him.He recommend a few things in the menu and drinks; and he did not disappoint. >Neftaly the DJ was amazing kept us entrained with the music and suggested a few spots and activities in the resort. >Gonzalo from the Rissoto restaurant was amazing great service and amazing attitude he recommended a drink that i will forever remember it was incredible. >Socorro from the Grill was amazing, friendly, great service and amazing attitude. >The only one thing that kept this from being an amazing experience was the Oriental restaurant Ayami. In reality it was one server his name was Jesus. We went there 2 times and both times he has a bad attitude, was rushing is trough our order, got our orders mixed up, forgot one of our dishes, and lastly he for got to fill our cups and bring one of our dishes. We waited for an order of sushi for 15-20 min and never got it so we left.
