Playa Grande Resort & Grand Spa offers 260 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features a safe and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to balconies or patios. My stay at Playa Grande was excellent. Very clean and amazing customer service. Check-in and check out easy, the pools were spotless. They offer a variety of food and beverage options. Would stay again.

Location to the marina was great. Very walkable and even if you ended up wanting an Uber, it was no more than $5 into town. Shower was very odd in that it did not maintain temperature. One minute the water is hot then it’s freezing, and you haven’t touched anything. Then you have to figure out what to do to get the temperature back. We never could figure out what was going on. Beautiful property and great service at the restaurants and bars on property.

This was such a beautiful hotel with extreme friendly staff, comfortable and spacious rooms, and great location. The hotel was the best part of the trip. I loved the big rooms with separate bed rooms and big balcony. The gym was amazing and so were the pools. We got VIP treatment with private pool and superior WiFi. The kitchen was well equipped and all the appliances were great.

They upgrade us to a room Worse than what we had booked . Everything was broken . Leaks and AC not working . At check out they dismissed our concerns and didn’t care about the poor condition of the room.
