Excellent service, property very clean, easy check in and check out. The hotel has a variety of restaurants to choose from. Good choice for an all inclusive hotel.

This is a beautiful property but there was to many problems. We received no mini bar service or housekeeping service during our stay. Then when we were checking out the front desk person was so rude and rolled her eyes at me when I told her I didn't have the towel cards. She told me she was going to charge us 300 pesos for not returning the towel cards but I told her we put the towels in the hampers late at night so we didn't get the towel cards back. If they really need the cards they should have let me know at check in so I was aware and made sure I got them back.

Resort itself is good but too much fighting screaming at night where ppl need to sleep I am talking about 3am They need to have security staff out on every street after 2am -4am Ppl tend to get very wild after the after parties We don’t want to have to get out our dreams to call security n never able to fall back to asleep Also the salad need to be placed on icy cold table since indoor has no AC it get rotten very fast

Limited dining options during the day. No elevators so it was difficult bringing our luggages to our room which was located on the third floor

My review is not gonna be enough for this hotel my husband and I.. we have a wonderful experience It was amazing starting from the customer service to the hotel service The worker there was really nice we have so much fun at the hotel. They have so much activity almost every day The food was delicious The hotel is super clean and I can Wait to go back again

I like everything about my stay at Hotel Except the shuttle too expensive $80 dollars include in your package And take your own sunblock or else you will pay $26 dollars beware when in Mexico they will get you to attend a presentation you will not pay anything they will give you gifts just to attend they will insist If you don’t want to spend 4 hours don’t take the presentation

It was VERY clean. the property is huge, so big that i wouldn't recommend for older people or people that can't walk very far, and most buildings don't have an elevator. Food was great everywhere we ate. The entertainment was ok. 10 min drive to town. plenty of bars around the property. Beach was nice but people lined up waiting to sell you something as soon as you step on the sand

I traveled for pleasure with my 19 year old son. We had an amazing 3 days at the resort. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the Jungle Party was the highlight of our trip. We met some other guests and had one hell of a time. I would definitely recommend and return to this resort!
