We booked a last minute trip to Cabo, had no idea where to stay and picked the Riu Santa Fe. Overall experience was great. The staff were amazing, rooms were nice and a ton of pools to pick from! This resort is either party hard or relax all day by the pool. Definitely not a resort for early nighters. Shows don’t start until 9pm. Have crazy day pool party and night pool party’s. Our only poor complaint is the food was terrible.. everything looks like it’s been sitting out for hours even if you get there right when it opens. I do not like the Flies on Restaurant Area and food (pictures available). Assigned room was next to beverage storage room, employees were too noisy, Singing, Yelling and Screaming very early mornings, every single day.

En general el hotel es muy bonito, la comida deliciosa en todos sus hoteles. Las albercas grandes con muchos camastros. La atención buena. Pero si tienen zonas de mejora. Si estás en las albercas no hay baños cerca, tienes que caminar mucho hasta los próximos baños. La limpieza en el área de camastros, los platos no se recogen, y ocasionan tener moscas alrededor. Hay demasiadas moscas en el buffet de desayuno, no paramos de espantarla mientras desayunamos. Y nos tocó una cucaracha en una silla también. Y lo peor de todo, que permitan a gente tener bocinas con su música en las albercas, se me hizo de muy mal gusto, además de que la música que ponían eran puros corridos y con malas palabras en la alberca que es familiar. En un punto llegué a tener una bocina enfrente y otra más alta atrás, de muy mal gusto, siendo un hotel “5 estrellas” Fuera de eso, todo bien. Los shows son los mejores que he visto en un todo incluido.

The place was beautiful but the staff was not so friendly and the housekeeper was looking through my stuff in the room. The staff did not speak unless we spoke to them.

we will never stay at this place again! I got my phone stolen from one of the restaurants inside the resort! I literally got up to go to the buffet bar for 2 minutes, if that, I come back to my table and my phone is gone! I asked the waiter and of course he didnt know anything about it. There were plenty people around that never saw anyone come close to my table but the waiter. I went to file a report, main reception DID NOT DO ANYTHING!! they claimed they didnt have cameras in that "area" and couldnt see anything. Again, I was at a restaurant inside the resort!! Management wouldnt do anything to help! very disappointing! DO NOT STAY HERE!! VERY UNSAFE!!!

First all inclusive ive been to really like how clean it was everything time you walked out of room they had people cleaning all over the place and always nice and polite when asked for anything. Only thing I would say they could improve was the food it wasnt what I expected didnt get to try all the restaurants but most of them and they were ok, great service but food wasnt all that but other than that it was great!
