Nicki runs the property tremendously. From front lobby staff like Alfredo, pool bar staff Carlos, Norma, Edgar, Angel, Alonzo were great. Entertainment team Carmen, Yuki, Eve, and Enrique. Tania and the Stones club and Bryam at the lobby bar will make you feel special like you’re the only guest at the resort. Shows are always great especially the While party on Wednesday so make sure to bring a white outfit during your stay. Food is always amazing. Take your pick from Emiliano’s, Don Diego, Tortuga Beach, or Agave, you can’t go wrong.

This is not a five star hotel. Rooms outdated and not in good condition. The food was somewhat edible but not good by any means. It is mass prepared food that may get heated up before they serve you or may not. The drinks were ok. Seems like some of the staff was annoyed when you asked for drinks. But some of the staff was great about it. Property location is beautiful, and our friends made the most of our stay here. But, I would not recommend or stay here again.

This was our 5th stay at the Sandos Finisterra and we already have our next trip booked to come back! The location is great for adventuring through the marina and down town. The staff is amazing and always ready to assist. Some of our favorites are the entertainment crew, Yuki, Carmen and Enrique are a blast! And you can expect the very best service by the pool from Norma! The property is clean and well maintained and just the right size to offer plenty to do but it's also easy to navigate.

Our stay was fantastic. The staff is very on top of everything. The pool staff goes way beyond to make your stay relaxing and fun. Poolside entertainers are the best. Would definitely recommend.

Our whole stay was great. We enjoyed ourselves everyday and the daytime entertainment was the best, yuki and eve are top notch!!!! Only thing I think could use improvement is the dinning. It wasn’t bad just could be better to match all the other great things offered at your facility

Alcohol selection was mid to bottom shelf and the food was hit or miss. Most hot dishes were cold. NY steak was shoe leather in the steak house. Property was clean and in a good locations with good views. Been to too many other resorts in Cabo to ever go back to this one.

This was our 25th year staying at an all inclusive property in Mexico, but the first time at Sandos Finisterra. This was by far the best experience we have ever had. The check in process was smooth and easy, the bell boy was incredibly knowledgeable and informative on the way to our room. We booked a Finisterra suite, it was located upstairs on the 7th floor next to the VIP pool and several of the resturants. The room was quite large, with 2 queen beds, a sleeper sofa, a balcony, and dual views of the marina and the Pacific. The biggest praise and heaps of gratitude to Ishmael. The bartender at thr VIP pool. He was extremely friendly, informative of the area, giving us well thought out suggestions of things to do and places to go. He remembers your drink after the fist time you oder, and he never lets your glass be empty. He made the trip 10 times better. Carmen, Yuki, Eve and the rest of the entertainment crew down at the activities pool were aweaome as well. With tons of fun things to do all day long. Alberto and Francisco at Don Diegos for breakfast were very helpful and on top of all of your needs. The food at every restaurant for every meal was beyond expectations. Food can almost always be hit or miss at all inclusives, but every thing we had was perfect. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. Every speck of dirt or trash was immediately looked after. The turtle program on the beach was a pleasant suprise. Overall it was a 10/10 experience.

The property is located on the hill just behind the Cabo San Lucas marina. It is an easy walk to the marina,the onsite sandy beach, and surrounding local shops/restaurants. My executive suite appeared to have been recently updated and featured comfortable king bed, large freestanding jacuzzi tub, and a balcony overlooking the marina. The onsite restaurants were clean with attentive service staff, the menus diverse enough, with the food quality being good to above average. The tennis/pickleball courts were artificial surface sprinkled with some sand (and could certainly use some updating/maintenance). From an overall experience I would recommend this resort property.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! The resort was perfect not too small and not too big! Only negative is do not book an excursion through Damien with Cabo Adventures(he sits by stage area in morning) he will lie to you. I would recommend booking through the hotel direct.
