The food was hit or miss. Breakfast was excellent, lunch and dinner was godd at times and bad at times. Italian place was not good at all. Room service after dinner hours was so quick but not edible. Avoid going on the tours(for any resort in cabo) they bribe you into taking the tour then hit you with high pressure at end to buy in and they do not like to hear a no. The rest of the staff treat you like royalty. The drinks are watered down to the point they are virtually nonalcoholic. Nothing was overcrowded so thats a plus.

Good value for the price. The room was fine, food was fine, drinks were fine. What stood out was A) the incredible customer service from every single staff member, B) the beautiful property and private beach access, C) close proximity to town and D) the spa! While the room and the food were unimpressive (which is to be expected at an AI and at this price point), the staff was so kind and the grounds were so beautiful, I would definitely consider returning. HUGE kudos to the staff in the spa - I went 2x while I was there and I wish I went more. Every person I interacted with, from Noemi and Kari at the front desk, to my therapists Lorena and Xiol, to the very kind Israel who was cleaning while I was in the hot tub, went above to beyond to make me feel welcome!

This was our first time in Cabos. The resort didn't disappoint. So close to everything, across from the marina (walkable) which was very helpful when we booked activities. The food was great, fresh and enough of variety. All staff spoke Enlgish pretty well, I didn't have the need to speak Spanish. They were accommodating and friendly. Overall a great place, we will come back one day!

I would take out few stars just becouse i was msg with somobody from the staff before our areival to prepare card and i also purchase a wine to suprise my husband for his birthday . When we walked into the room there was nothing i need to go outside and ask somobody whats happen they didnt seems to know whats going on after 1 hour somody bring wine and card but suprise was ruinded. Also 1 day we went for a cruise we left at 8 am come back around 5 pm and room wasnt cleaned . Otherwise staff is very friendly and positive 5 stars for them :) , food is soo soo we have to go outside to eat for a lunch . I would recommend steak house and restaurant by the beach, don diego and italian restaurans food are terrible waiters were in a hurry and serve us cold food . Also good over there is not wort it just go to strak rrstaurand by the pool . Pool enertainment i would give 5 stars also shows are very good caffe place also very friendly . Also waiter for the nrrakfast arthur very friendly and positive i would guve him 5 stars as well ;)
