Featuring a double patio, an enclosed yard perfect for the kids to run around, a gas grill, a firepit with Adirondack chairs, and seating on the front porch, you will have no trouble soaking up the summer sunshine and reminiscing with loved ones in the fresh air. Don't hesitate to grab the two provided kayaks and take them out on the water for a relaxing afternoon! Inside, you will find all of the comforts of home and more with a fully equipped kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and all of the utensils needed to whip up tasty meals. Plus, the free WiFi (Starlink high-speed internet) and TV will help everyone stay connected with friends back home, work remotely, or simply stream favorite shows when nights come to a close.

Sitting in a quiet neighborhood, you can easily go on a walk each morning with a cup of coffee in hand. When you want to head out and explore the local attractions, you will be just two miles to The Lake Anna Boardwalk which includes Tim's at Lake Anna, Mid-Atlantic Watersports, Moo-Thru (ice cream), The Boardwalk Mini-Golf and arcade, and The Lake Anna Deli. Plus, you can spend all day on Lake Anna boating, fishing, and swimming to your heart's content!

THINGS TO KNOW
Two kayaks are provided, as well as a baby beach tent and baby bath.
Guests can use a WiFi printer in one bedroom closet.
Guests have exclusive use of two boat slips in the community area.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
