Amazing location and Hosts

Close, clean and comfortable!
We were in town for the PGA Championship and found this house close to the PGA parking at the expo center as well as downtown. It was also a very clean and comfortable place ro stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Louisville area.

THE BEST!!!
This was an incredible home with incredible hosts!!!! They were so kind and overly considerate. They left my family gifts for us to enjoy during our Kentucky Derby weekend. They allowed us to check in early and check out late. The location was perfect. We were just a few minutes from everything. I recommend this home to everyone. This trip was a bucket list for our family and they made our stay even more memorable with their generosity.

Convenient Expo Stay
Home is a great place to stay when you are attending events at the Expo Center. Owners are great to work with, but VRBO not so much. Three floors give you plenty of options for groups. Clean and safe, a little noise from airport flights, but will stay again!

We recently spent 3 nights at this house. We were here for Beta Nationals from NC. The house was exactly as described. About 5 miles from downtown. Lots of little diners/eateries close by. Second stay was as good as the first
We stayed for four nights between Christmas and New Years while visiting family in Louisville. This was our second stay here and it was just as good as our first. As a family with teenagers, we especially appreciate the basement space where the kids can hang out and have their own space. Owners are great to work with and respond quickly to questions.

Just what we needed!
I met some siblings (5 of us altogether) for a small family reunion. The size of the house was about perfect. The deck in the back was wonderful for sharing and reminiscing. Same for the living room and downstairs tv room. In short, the place checked all of our boxes.

Great Louisville Location
We had a great stay with the house being as advertised for our guys trip to enjoy the Kentucky Bourbon Trail & other local attractions such as Churchill Downs. The sole issue we had was the need to spend significant time cleaning the grill before we were okay using it. It seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in years with so much caked on the grates and below the grates that safe operation was questionable. However, it should now be good to go for the next house guests and if regular use maintenance occurs a deep cleaning would likely only be necessary annually.

Just enough space!
This house was perfect for a quick trip to Louisville with our family (my husband and I + 5 kids) and our friends (a couple + 2 kids). We all thoroughly enjoyed and the proximity to the zoo and mega cavern can’t be beat!
