Hotel staff were really nice. The rooms were very spacious and the amenities were great. However, I did have an issue with bed bugs in my assigned room. The shower door in the room also would not remain closed. As soon as I noticed the bug issue I went downstairs and requested a room change. I was swiftly moved to a new room and the woman helping me apologized for the issue. The new room was clean and the shower door actually stayed closed. Parking at the hotel was a bit scarce but not an issue for me. There were some issues with the wifi in the morning but it wasn't an inconvenience to me.

No running water on upper floors. Not sure if thats legal to give out a room with no running water. Could not flush toilets or shower. Absolutely would not recommend.

This hotel appears fairly new. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient and appeared safe. The breakfast could use some improvements in variety but food was okay.

For the most part this was an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was great, the fitness room was very nice, and things were mostly clean. Initially, there was a very strong smoke smell in the elevator and hallway when we arrived and I wondered if we had been mistakenly placed in a smoking area of the hotel. But later that day, after the workers were done cleaning rooms and had gone, the smell subsided and went away altogether so I'm wondering if THEY were perhaps smoking where they shouldn't be??? The pool was rather chilly and the floor around it was very dirty but the kids still enjoyed it. For the price, it was a pretty nice place to stay.
