staff was very nice. Clean hotel and parking lot. Room was very comfortable, beds comfortable and the desk lady gave me a super cozy extra blanket to use. Lots of breakfast options. Make your own waffles are my fav.

The room description listed a hairdryer as one of the provided amenities. In my experience, every hotel room includes one. However, my room did not have a hairdryer. When I called the front desk, I was told that not all rooms are equipped with them. I checked my booking, and it clearly stated that my room would have a hairdryer. I called the front desk again, and this time, they located one. When my friend went to pick it up, the front desk clerk said she had it ready for her. However, upon plugging it in, we discovered that the hairdryer didn’t work at all! As a result, we had to attend our event with wet hair. This basic necessity was lacking in the room, and we were left feeling really disappointed and dismissed.

Really comfortable accommodations. Housekeeping was a little confusing though. Made one bed but not the other or not at all. We had 4 people in the room so we had to ask for more towels everyday because they would take the dirty ones but not replace them. Other than that. It was perfect and would definitely stay again

Greatest Gift to Mankind Ever.

Came into town for Louder than Life music festival, checked in in no time. Room was the greatest gift to mankind haha. Much needed shower and comfortable bed with good AC.

Room smelled, thin walls, and Fire alarms

Our room smelled terrible, had to go buy some room freshener spray as we couldn’t bare the smell. Rooms have thin walls…you hear everything… which lead to very little sleep. Then around 5:30am the fire alarm went off causing us to evacuate the building. By far my least favorite hotel I have stayed at this year.
