Loved it! Location, location, location!!
we didn't know what to expect, but it was an a super convenient place. The staff was amazing. The room was fantastic and the bar was very social and the people were quite lovely. We would definitely go back there again.

We love Cambria properties. Clean, well decorated. Love the beds facing the window. Louisville location is great. Can walk many places downtown. Wild Eggs is across the street which has good breakfast.

We used the Cambria as our home base to go on day trips around the area. It was a central location to Whiskey Row and NULU. Both areas had lots of options for dining, shopping and Bourbon Tastings. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can honestly say that we would stay here again in future trips.

Not an ideal location unless you intend to go to the baseball stadium. The service was poor, I asked for towels and additional body wash (which was in a bottle in the shower locked up) and was told to come to the front desk to pick it up. After I asked how am I supposed to pick up the body wash when I couldn't remove the bottle, they never responded, and it was never refilled, nor did I get any clean towels. This despite the fact that I was there for five nights. No room cleaning during the entire stay.

They are not on Whiskey Row as listed but a few blocks away. The staff was friendly & the bed was comfortable. The food was good but the hours of operation limited. I was very disappointed they had limited handicap parking (2 spots), which we require, and limited parking altogether. In the four days we stayed we only once were able to park in the parking lot. Other people without proper licenses were using the handicap spots. They had 3 electric vehicle spots and the cars parked there were never electric. We had to park out around the surrounding blocks which are metered. We were late getting to one early Saturday morning and got a $30 parking ticket. They are a few blocks from the stadium and there were games going on every night we were there so you had to park blocks away and then try and get closer after the game was over. This made the entire trip very stressful. Make sure you get a refund for the nights not used they charge $18/day. The amenities in the room were shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap, towels, hairdryer, iron/board, Kleenex, coffee pot w/ accessories, microwave, tv, 1 chair and phone. There is no safe, no hotel/local info, no pen/paper, no luggage rack, the wifi had invalid certificate (phone would not connect due to security issues), there was no closet or drawers, just a 20” wide open spot w/ 6 hangers. We had a great time visiting all the local attractions but we would never stay there again.

Great hotel but not what we expected
The room was very clean, up-to-date, and comfortable. Pricing was high but expected due to an event within walking distance, which was why we booked the Cambria. We did not use the pool. Hotel rooms were very secure. You had to use your room key to access the upper floors. The negatives were that the price did not include parking fees or breakfast. It was $18 for us to park in the hotel garage for less than 24 hours. There is a restaurant/bar on the ground floor that served breakfast, but it was an additional cost.
