We stayed here 1 night as we drove home from Nashville to Chicago. We were not looking for a downtown hotel. We just wanted something to get a good night's rest. This hotel excelled in our expectations. Great staff, clean room, good bathroom with good shower pressure, and delicious breakfast options (for a fee).

There were dirty linens in the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room could use some updating. The couch needs replaced, the carpet needs deep cleaned or replaced and the wallpaper is falling off the walls. The people were very nice.

The only reason why we are giving a lower rating is the fact that after being gone all day, we got back to our room being left open. We are assuming someone from housekeeping did it as they used the door lock latch to keep it open. No one cleaned our room that day though, so it is a mystery. Thankfully nothing was stolen, and all was fine.

When I asked about handicapped parking, I was told to "park anywhere". When I reported a piece missing from the coffee pot, I was looked at like I was creating a problem. Your hotel is fine, your staff, not so much

This was one of our best stays in Louisville ever! Comfy beds and the couch helped us do our work while there doctors appts. Able to use microwave and fridge so we could eat in our room but we also could drive 5 mins to Aldis and Walmart, 10 mins to Target and Meijer and there were at least 5 restaurants we could walk to. Only concern was we parked on the left end of the building (left of the front door) and never had to use our key- there was some sory of glitch and it stayed unlocked. Pool was great, lobby was gorgeous, only thing is an ice maker would be nice instead of having to go to the bar- which I am sure inconveniences the employees and takes a while to get it done.

The furniture, wall coverings, carpets, sofa, etc. were obviously old and dated. The fixtures in the bathroom were pitted and corroded. The bathroom floors could definitely use some deep cleaning and sanitizing. As hotels go, the room was definitely only 2.5 stars. The swimming pool did not appear to be very clean. This was not a $154.00 per night hotel room.

We were traveling from Boston to Austin and needed a place to stay over night. We loved the location as it was close to many dining options for both dinner and breakfast. The hotel itself was clean and well kept. The room was spacious. The staff was very pleasant.

Not what expected at a Marriot property
Hotel room was outdated and not very clean. Sewer flies in the bathroom and dirty caulk around the bath. Dust bunnies around the nightstands.
