Stains on mattress

When I pulled out the “sofa bed” there were 2 large stains on the mattress .. one looked like black mold at one time .. refused to let my child sleep on it.

Disappointing Service

Staff seemed annoyed from check in through departure. Was difficult to find front desk staff half of the time and the evening staff was gruff and unwilling to work with our large group on solutions for seating.
