Great hotel clean and right outside fourth street live. The breakfast was great! Buffet and cooked to order eggs and omelettes. The neighborhood itself was a little meh lots of homeless/seedy people. Never felt unsafe but I am from NY so it’s not uncommon. 4th st life wasn’t as “live” as I hoped maybe it was the time of year. Don’t spend $40 a day parking there are garages much cheaper and meter parking. After 6pm it’s free and you can pay from your phone in the AM till you leave for the day.

The evening reception offered refeshments. However, they served carmel popcorn with peanuts without any warning labels. My son who has a nut allergy inadvertently ate it and developed an allergic reaction. I went directly to the front desk to complain and they actually wrote a note to Danielle, the head of food service, about what happened. Unfortunately, no action was taken as this popcorn with peanuts appetizer was served wothout warning labels for the next two evening receptions

I really loved staying here, best embassy I have stayed in. The staff is amazing, the breakfast was exceptional and included which is so rare. The hotel was modern decor and very updated. The only complaint was some of the bathroom fixtures. They are not meant to hold up and are a little wobbly. The system on how to get the shower versus the bath is ridiculous and so prone to breaking...other than that, perfect stay!

Fantastic hotel. Beautifully decorated; wonderful and spacious room; lovely and delish buffet breakfast. Parking garage not close, so we had to valet ($40/night), so offsetting that cost w the complimentary breakfast was appreciated.

The area around the property was filthy and noisy; coming back to the hotel in the evening we could not even get close with our car to the hotel entrance to use valet parking and had to park several blocks away. There were many unusual characters in the area around/in front of the hotel that made walking to the hotel unpleasant. Also, once in our room, there was noise/party on our floor-- VERY loud and inappropriate conversations being held (foul language, etc) & even a fight escalating--it was well after midnight. We notified the front desk who said security would be sent up--it was, but the noise/activity stopped only for a short time. I will never stay nor recommend this property again.
