The staff we I cam encountered with not friendly. There was just 1-older lady in the evening that was nice. All others were Not! The room was disappointing for the price I paid. It was dirty, the shower was gross looked like it was half put together. Faucet was about to come off the wall in the shower when turned on.

Enjoyed our stay from check-in to check-out. Clean, affordable, quiet, breakfast was delicious and a variety of options. All employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if staying in Louisville.

Bed on the floor??
Stayed one night while traveling through. Requested accessible room which was clean with a walk in shower. Confused by the box springs and mattress being directly on the floor with no bedframe. Just one night and we were tired so we made it work.
