This is a beautiful, clean, quiet hotel with very nice rooms. The front desk staff, Ashley, was so friendly and welcoming. We will absolutely be staying here again on our next trip through.

Arrived at the hotel at 9:30pm. Computers were down and we couldn’t get our room. Waited in the lobby with 5 other families that couldn’t get a room either. Ended up having to get a room next door at the Holiday Inn. Fairfield Inn would not issue a refund for my prepaid room the next day. Will not stay with them again

Choose this hotel for a quick overnight based on the reviews. After seeing it in person it definitely is giving older hotel that had a “remodel”. The rooms are lacking anything that would make me decide to stay again. It was very basic and rides the line of being clean enough. Interactions with the staff was pleasant.

Nikki at check-in was lovely, very kind and professional. Overall stay was okay, great breakfast selection, quiet rooms. However, the room itself had several issues: busted hair dryer, soaking wet and moldy tissue box and the AC was extremely loud and running all night no matter what setting we chose (72F).
