We love hosting families! We're located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a beautiful park a block away. Our kids' room will keep the little ones entertained with the chalkboard, books, and toys. And as a backup we have Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ on our 52" HD TV! Our modern design will appeal to everyone, and our hanging chair in the living room is always a crowd favorite.

We're new to HomeAway host but experienced with AirBnB with over 47 5-star reviews.

Everything we needed and more!!!
We had a wonderful stay in Louisville at your beautiful home. It was exactly as listed and more. Everything was clean and the house was so welcoming. Perfect location to everything and only 5 minutes from where we were playing volleyball. I would highly recommend staying at this property and we plan to stay here next year for volleyball.

National Farm Machinery Show
It was a safe and quiet neighborhood only a short drive to the fair grounds without having to get onto the busy interstate. Clean home, comfortable beds. Airport is near, but the planes flying over didn't bother us too much. We would definitely stay again.

Friend’s mini vacation
The house was cute. It was very old, small, but was mostly updated with modern amenities. We are senior citizens, and this home is definitely for a younger crowd. The only bad part was the airplanes on Thursday, starting at about 3:30 a.m.and continuing until about 7:30 a.m. arriving and departing. Sounded like the runway was right next to us.

Good little place for a weekend.
Overall a good stay for our weekend at Kentucky Kingdom. A few things on the property could use some attention to enhance appeal and security. Comfortable for our group and had all the amenities we needed. Great location - super close to Kentucky Kingdom.

Perfect Getaway for the Derby
My Mom, sisters and I had a wonderful experience at the Kentucky Derby. This property was perfect! A quiet, safe neighborhood located just a few miles from Churchill Downs. We would highly recommend!

The house has an older feel but overall welcoming and kid friendly. We had packed steaks as the listing stated the house had a grill on the deck. The grill wasn’t there when we arrived so we were disappointed about that but ended up having a delicious meal at a close by restaurant. We’d stay here again.

Fantastic customer service!!
Not only was this place fantastic from top to bottom but we arrived during the big ice storm and the next morning the owner came over to salt and shower the drive and paths for us. This was fantastic cause we wouldn’t have been able to get in and out as easily throughout our stay if they hadn’t. It made us feel very cared for so we’d definitely come back in the future.
