Happy!
We were very happy with our stay. The location was great; we walked everywhere, including Fourth St Live, Whiskey Row, NuLu, and the Big 4 Bridge. I liked the vibe in the lobby/bar/breakfast area. Staff was attentive and friendly. Nothing fancy about the rooms, but it was okay for our needs. My only criticism is that the bed was not very comfortable and the pool was closed.

I loved that the suite we had was a handicapped assessable. It was really nice to have the extra room to leave my chair which let us enjoy our bedroom without tripping over my chair. Overall, we had a nice relaxing stay.

Hotel was nice and clean, a good breakfast and bar area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is having to pay to park in the hotels lot. Should be included in your hotel cost.

Great Stay
We really enjoyed our trip. The Hampton was within walking distance to some great restaurants and another hotel where our meetings were held. There was a hot breakfast which changed daily.

Location. Breakfast on Sunday was not good, served until 10am and we were there about 9am, out of biscuits and gravy and not replenished, eggs watery, sausage was just yuck. We had what looked like mold in areas around tub, no fan in bathroom. Air vent outside room was very noisy, constantly sounded like someone was vacuuming!

carpet needs cleaning
the hallway on second floor was filthy. Try cleaning the carpet once in a while. The carpet in the room was filthy. Out socks were black on the bottom after a few hours walking without our shoes on. Breakfast was ok. Staff was courteous. Location was good.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Free breakfast. Convenient shop in store. Front desk workers were very helpful. In walking distance to downtown. Only downside to being right downtown is that there were lots of homeless and people asking for money in the actual hotel parking lot and around rhe hotel. But our car was not disturbed.
