Room didn't have a fridge. I did request one and it was delivered promptly. You also have to request ice which is a bit annoying. Parking is a pain. you basically have to either walk or Uber everywhere. The food is off the chain like a broken toilet. Best steak i've ever had.

Expensive but worth the cost if you’re not staying very long. Valet parking is a rip off at $46.00 a night but you don’t have much of a choice. Staff is excellent. Location is excellent. You can walk to most of the hotspots that downtown Louisville has to offer. Churchill Downs is a 20 minute drive away and I think the tour is worth it, especially if you’re a fan of horse racing. While you’re there get a mint julep and a hot brown. It’s fun! In short, I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel, and Louisville is a fun city!

Right on Whiskey Row. A little pricey for a small room. We did valet parking. They were quick but adds another $41 or so to nightly bill. Restaurant had zero reservations available during our stay. But staff was great. Location is great. Lots to do nearby. Clean room. Nice hotel.

Everything about Distil is top notch. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I needed to make an adjustment to my reservation to checkin and valet early and the staff was super accommodating. The valet process is very easy and smooth to retrieve your vehicle. I ordered late night room service and it was delivered in about 15-20 minutes. The room was in pristine condition and the mattress is one of the best hotel mattresses I’ve ever slept on. I had breakfast and dinner in Repeal (their restaurant) and the food is some of the best in Louiseville. We make an annual trip to Kentucky for the bourbon trail and will be staying at Distil from now on.

Great location and loved the bar downstairs with exquisite cocktails! Room was a bit small but well appointed. Housekeeping staff were so on it refreshing the room everyday beatifully! Valet service was fast. We were so warmly greeted on arrival and felt well taken care of the whole stay.

We would stay here every time we visit Louisville! This is our second time at Hotel Distil Autograph Collection. Every detail is attended to. Every staff member is professional and courteous. The rooms are nicely appointed with what guests need. My wife enjoyed the makeup mirror and spacious bathroom with modern decor. Cheers to the end of Prohibition nightly at 7:33pm. with a cocktail. Great location to walk to distilleries, Louisville Slugger, live music. Christian is a wonderful GM of food and beverage who introduced himself politely, attended to our needs and offered great conversation and knowledge of the area. Looking forwrd to our next stay at Hotel Distil.

The location on whiskey row is primo. The staff was super efficient and extremely helpfull. The room was clean and up to date. The 7:33pm toast to the end of prohibition was kinda cool. The elevators making loud clanking noises was a bit unsettling but not terrible. All in all the hotel was oustanding. 10/10
