Enjoyed our time!
The room had a great living room and workspace area, close to shops and near the highway. My son enjoyed his time in the pool and the pet fees were very reasonable (we travelled with an XL dog) & room was spacious.

My only issue is the bathroom fan situation making the rooms slightly humid and muggy. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay for Louder than Life. This was the first place we’ve stayed where we actually felt wanted, which was great! We will be back 😊

we had a party of eight with two rooms... the staff was absolutely wonderful and eager to please. we arrived early (11:00am) for a 4pm check in and the woman at the desk got us in a room within minutes so we had a spot to unwind as we waited for a second room to become available. the breakfast was perfect for we weary travelers of the festival nature!! seriously a wonderful stay and willing to do so again next year!!

The esthetics of the property or extremely underwhelming. The toilet wane light switch fixture were crooked. The door to the bathroom didn’t close without hitting the toilet. The sink was stopped up.

My daughter enjoyed the pool on a warm night. Breakfast was fantastic. The breakfast attendant was very helpful. I use a walker to move around. She helped transport my food.

Stay was ok bathroom small but they don’t tell you that you have to pay for parking after traveling all day the first thing you want to do is get into your room but they make you scan a code and pay for parking which is really lame and not disclosed for when making reservation . It’s just a normal parking lot no one/security is watching your car
