Orange water and disgusting room!
Save your time, this was one of the grossest hotels I’ve stayed in. The shower and sinks were filthy, the toilet had issues, the bed was horrible, the water that came out of faucet turned an orange/brown color while filling a cup. Overall I wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you just don’t care about cleanliness. Hope this helps!

Room was outdated. Very hot in room when we arrived. Air was not on. Blow dryer did not work but they bought us another one. Breakfast food was all gone before the time frame for breakfast was up so I had nothing to eat or drink.

Good find; more than adequate
I checked ratings beforehand but I was leery (only because I don't usually stay where there's outdoor room entry). Not many options in this immediate area. I was very pleasantly surprised. Economical, clean, good location. Front desk employees were courteous and professional.

When I arrived I had to wait to check in for 15 minutes while the clerk checked in another guest, once I got to the room it smelled like marijuana. The room had a bad smell like it was musty. The beds were super hard and the paint was pealing from the walls. The little toiletries shampoo, conditioner, hand sanitizer, lotion had been used. The carpets were sticky. I paid 151 dollars for a single night stay, if they are going to charge this much for a room it should be worth the money.

For the price of each night, it was reasonable especially considering the location. The professionalism of the front desk and room service staff was impeccable. I truly appreciate their quality of standards as well as the extra mile they went to inform me of my wife leaving something behind. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Louisville.
