Horrible Filthy Unit
1 star for the apartment complex and amenities they provide which is great. 0 stars for the actual host and unit which is filthy. The unit needs a major deep clean and was absolutely filthy when we arrived. We spent 4+ hours vacuuming, mopping and sanitizing the entire place. The carpet has multiple stains, the linens are unwashed and raggedy. The furniture is falling apart. The items in the kitchen are all rusted. The vents and windows are filled with dust. We went and bought everything we'd need to use during our stay including bedding and kitchen items. We shared pictures and videos of everything with the host the day we checked-in and let them know the place needs a major deep clean. The day we checked out, the host emailed us with a picture of a stain reported by their cleaners and that we'd be charged $170 to deep clean. I showed them our interaction during check-in where I pointed out that exact same stain and the host responded by saying "thank you for letting us know." VRBO should remove all listings from this host until someone confirms that the place is sanitary and safe for future guests. Everyone should stay away from booking anything with this host.

Great location and nice areas but dirty unit
The location is great. Size and amenities of this property are very nice. The pool, clubhouse and workout facility are huge bonuses. Areas for improvement are cleanliness. The unit needs a deep clean. There was a strong odor when we arrived and we worked hard to get it out of the unit. A list of areas for improvement I'll suggest. There was a left over trash bag of marijuana from previous renters, a very dirty toilet brush with stinky toilet water in it, a stinky bath mat, stained bed cover, and a lack of dusting, bleaching, a stove clean, window wiping and a solid wipe down. It is really a nice spot but dirty.Broken coach arm, dirty stove and refrigerator, needs new bed liner and pillows that aren’t stained, windows need cleaned, carpet needs a deep cleaning, loved the pool and location but a dirty place to stay in. With a new deep clean, I’d come back.

Easy Apartment close to what I needed
This apartment was up to the task. The photos appear show plank floors with an area rug, but I found brown wall to wall carpet in living room, best and dining room, which is not my preference. The checkin was arduous, having to repeat info and upload pictures of documents. Finally, in one communication it was referred to as a “gated community “ in their checkin process I believe… it is not. Just a well kept apartment complex. Very good but not superlative.
