The property was dirty. The carpets throughout were heavily stained. The elevator floors were also very dirty. The buffet breakfast was on. They had more condiments available than food. Finally, I specifically booked this hotel for the pool, and the pool was not available. It’s being renovated. It would have been nice and considerate of the company to post that on their website!!! I was traveling with small children.

After the first night, everything went well. Upon check-in, the room I paid for was not available. My family was assigned to a room for the disabled. very different to what was agreed too. My car had gotten broke into, but the front desk and maintenance staff went over and beyond to help me. The staff cleaned all of the broken glass out of the car, helped me make important phone calls, and even called outside services to get my window fixed.
