Hotel is adjacent to an apartment complex. There was a tremendous amount of trash in lawn areas and the road around the hotel that didn’t change over the 3 days we were on property.

For a short visit to the NuLu area this was a great choice. Very easy to get around. Hotel is in great shape, clean, and quiet and easy to walk to key attractions.

Nice new hotel, rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. We did have an issue with the tv not working but they fixed that right away, so no complaints with the room. Over all great time, would stay there again.

Wow. This is a great property. It’s obviously very new, and the rooms were NICE. Good amenities: parking, water bottle filling, beautiful gym facilities, Bluetooth mirrors in the bathroom, wireless charging night stands. Directly across the street from Rabbit Hole, and a short walk to downtown, so this would be a great place for bourbon trail. Now. The downsides. NULU is an obviously transitioning neighborhood, and the hotel is on the fringe of the neighborhood. I stayed for work early in the week, and there were no places to eat!!! All the restaurants in the neighborhood (including the hotel restaurant) was closed. I ended up walking downtown to the convention center for every meal (about a mile), and I regretted not just staying downtown. I would certainly stay again if I were in town on the weekend, but if you’re visiting during the week this is a less than ideal location.
