This is a new hotel, and I love the layout of Hilton’s Tempo in Louisville. Great design, beautiful room. However the front desk is problematic- they NEVER answer the phone. My second morning I spoke to Dalton at the front desk (who was great) and he discovered the ringer had been turned off. The person on the night before, who did pick up the phone but who really didn’t want to answer questions and was yawning the whole time apparently decided to not only turn of the ringer but also never confirmed my room for the next day. Additionally, housekeeping knocked on my door, at least four times during the day while I was working to see if I needed anything. They apparently we’re not informed that I had booked a second day, and even though I told the housekeeping Director when I did open the door, they aren’t passing that information along to the staff, it would be a great hotel if they can just get their internal together
