Hotel check-in/lobby was on the second floor, a different floor than the entrance. Being a very old hotel it is still well taken care of, though I felt the furniture could use a steam cleaning. Our bed was super comfy, but they gave us a handicap accessible room which was awkward. I should have asked for a different room right away but we made it work. The ironing board was bent and there was no mini-fridge in the room. Enjoyed the lobby, it was a great place for socializing.

Convenient to the Brown Theatre. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal at The Lobby Bar & Grill where Rob (our head waiter) and staff made sure that everything was top drawer. Highly recommend!
