Not quite what we thought we were getting. The rooms were spacious but only 1 bathroom for 10 people. It was clean but had a cat urine smell to it. Only 2 sets of keys for 10 people is extremely inconvenient. Not in a very nice part of the city but we were able to walk to where we were going so that made it worth it.

Nice location
Located close to downtown Lowell so you can walk. The house is old and noisy. Only one small bathroom and the rooms are small. The fire house and police house are in the same block so there are a lot of sirens. The place served our purpose for our stay, but it was not much better than a hotel. The manager was very nice and the service was good, but we were expecting a much bigger place and we were not expecting to be in the middle of the house sandwiched between the top and bottom floor.

The property is located in Cambodian side of town. I didn’t expect them to replace towels and make our bed everyday. The house have all the things you need for a small family. They even have a rice cooker. The second bathroom is actually located downstairs in the event hall. It is not part of the actual floor. Placement of outlets and daisy chain extension cords is maybe off, but we able to make it work to charge our decices. They do have outlets have usb outlet if you forgot the ac adapter and just have a cable. I would stay there again.

Convenient location!
We were going to a field hockey tournament at UMass Lowell, so this location was very convenient. The off-street parking was a great bonus. The electric had a little trouble handling all the AC units at once, when someone took a shower, but the person on-site was immediate to respond and help us.

Short and sweet stay
I was really enjoyed my stay at the property. The 5 bedroom apartment was spacious for 6 adults and 2 children. The owner was very accommodating, offered to help with our bags, supplied all request, and made sure we were happy during our stay. This truly was a home away from home and very welcoming. If I ever visit the area again this property will definitely be my first choice.
