This contemporary condo is at the edge of the sea located in the private community of Cupecoy Beach Club, only 1 min to the French/Dutch Border. This luxurious gated gem looks like a stylish gleaming white village on a sunny Greek island. The main entrance is framed by lush tropical trees. The main living area and the master bedroom have a nice view of the blue sky and Pool side
The contemporary interior décor has a French vibe; elegant and comfortable. Clear woods with cream, taupe, grey and lime fabrics. The open-plan living area features a fully furnished kitchen with all the appliances. The large main living area combines lounging, dining, and media spaces.
The two equal size bedrooms have king-size beds and beautiful en suite bathroom with walk in showers and dressing. The upstairs bedrooms is spacious too and has its own private balcony with a nice pool/garden view and a light Ocean View!
The main bedroom has a private outdoor seating areas. The room up to the stairs is composed of a Queen size comfortable sofa bed; the adjoining balcony offers privacy and a nice pool/ocean view
Although private, you are very close to amenities. Only a 1-minute walk to Mullet Beach, one of the nicest beaches of the island, and only 3 minutes driving to Porto Cupecoy with a terrific little gourmet market, wonderful restaurants, and stunning views. Two more minutes to Escape restaurant, the hot new restaurant brasserie; the laidback Bar Code; the gourmet fish restaurant, Blue Fin; STARZ casino and just beyond; the nightlights of Maho. In 5 minutes you reach the airport, 10 minutes to the charming French capital of Marigot and about 30 minutes to either Grand Case or Phillipsburg.

Stunning views and roomy
This property had stunning views and privacy that was welcomed. The interior was a bit disappointing. The refrigerator ice maker was not working properly so we had to use the one ice tray provided and purchase ice. The trash compactor didn’t work either. Also the headboard in the master bedroom was deteriorating and each time you touched it the material would flake off. But overall we enjoyed our stay and the property. We would definitely book again at the Cliffs at Cupecoy..

Fabulous
We couldn't believe how beautiful the location and view from our patio were. The condo is right on the coast with a view of sailboats in aqua blue water. The pool is right outside the front door. The condo villa isn't huge and isn't a high rise like other condos we considered. it is secure behind a gate with guard on duty. It is a quick walk to Mullet Bay beach, one of the best on the island.
The condo was also very clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances . We would definitely come back if we visit the island again.
