Best staff ever
This resort was awesome. Very close to everything. The Beach is literally at your feet. I spent 2 weeks here and didn’t want to leave. Next door is an all inclusive that I considered because they have really good entertainment that you can hear all throughout the day, but there was no way I was gonna pay $500 a night for all inclusive. when there is a liquor store and Food right outside your door. Keep in mind this resort is mainly a timeshare so you may be offered an opportunity to purchase speech. You can easily refuse. They weren’t pushy at all. Would totally stay here every time.

Great property for cleanliness and well looked after grounds. Close to a market, restaurants and a few stores. Only issue is rooms are dated and lack spare outlets. Need a bit of updating. I’d still return though as the positives outweigh the negatives. St Maarten is a wonderful island for a vacation. People are friendly and I never felt unsafe at all.

**Hotel Review: A Terrible Experience with Unprofessional Service and Billing Issues** I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. First, there was a serious issue with water leaking into my room. This wasn’t just a small drip — there was a significant amount of water pooling on the floor, creating a hazardous situation. My baby even ended up sliding down on the wet floor, which was both unsafe and distressing. I immediately notified the staff, but it was clear they were not equipped to handle the issue properly, and no immediate action was taken to rectify the situation. On top of that, I was charged for my stay again, despite having already paid through Expedia. I checked out in good standing, and yet, after leaving, I noticed an additional charge on my card without my authorization. When I reached out to the hotel, I was told it was a mistake, but it’s incredibly frustrating to have to deal with this kind of billing error, especially after I had already taken care of the payment. I now have to file a fraud dispute, which is just adding more stress to an already awful situation. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. Between the leaking water, the safety concerns for my child, and the unauthorized charges, it’s clear that this place is not up to standard. I would strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking here.

Not recommended for families. most people staying here are 70+ because they have a Timeshare. You will get a room on the ground floor facing the street that is unsafe. Bathrooms stink all the way to the room. Air conditioner is louder than airplane engine. Hotel is across ATV so you will hear the ATV all night and teenagers screaming. Unsanitary pool and hot tub stinks. security guard and pool guy screamed at our kids because they didnt dip their feet in the fungus buckets that everyone must use to wipe their sandy feet before going into the pools. The hotel is run down. this is really a 2 star airport hotel. kiddie pool is tiny and dirty. its not a real beach its a bay with waves that will knock you out. The hotel is so cheap with their towels you must have a card to get towels what a joke. nightmare!!
