Location was great for our event, and close to everything we wanted and needed. House was clean and roomy for all of us. Only thing I would recommend is having toilet paper and more towels. There was less than a roll when we arrived so had to buy some. There were two towels for 6 of us to share basically. Would definitely rent again even with those two minor inconveniences.
