Classic old world service
What a great hotel, located in a quiet area away from the crowds. This is what a 5 star hotel should be, a welcome check in, room available at 1pm, lovely room with a very nice bathroom with a tub & great breakfast. I would stay again for sure.

This is a beautiful hotel in the inside city walls of Lucca. It is a 20 minute walk from the train station. Our room was spacious and clean. It was very quiet and the staff was excellent. Breakfast was included and had a huge selection.

We didn’t have hot water in the room, no soap and we had to ask for towel for the extra guest which I paid extra for. The charge you for everything extra and the service was not quite good.

This is a very nice hotel just inside the city walls, in an excellent location. The staff was very helpful and professional, and the junior suite I occupied was way beyond my expectations. Excellent breakfast with many good choices.

Great location in an historic hotel
From check in to check out - it was wonderful. This building dates back to 1514 - yet it has every convenience. The breakfast was also outstanding. It is convenient, and has parking. I would stay again in a minute!
