I love the daily breakfast. Lots of selection. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room twice. Didn’t know we have to tell them it’s ready to do the cleaning . The staff at the desk are very pleasant & helpful & polite. Good location. Will stay there again. Hopefully, the bathroom is updated next time.😊

Not bad - staff was the highlight.
Location was perfect for what we needed. Staff was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any needs. Breakfast buffet was good, not great but I don’t expect it to be anything other than what it was. Chinese Restaurant on 2nd Floor was a great place for lunch and dinner with a wide selection of delicious food in their menu. The only down part - cockroach got caught in the in-room hot water pot (pour spout) so we passed on making any morning coffee.

We had a late check-in because the room we booked wasn't ready yet. This actually fine, but the way the staff handled the situation is quite underwhelming. Our online reservation record wasn't updated on their end, so we had the time to clarify. We came from a far place, with children and an elderly so and we were tired. So we really would've appreciate it if we didn't have to deal with these things.

My overall stay is good. Staff is very friend and they're easy to reach out to. The only issue is the WiFi service is down. I was advised that it will be up by 7 PM but it is still not working. They provided another WiFi to connect to but I guess there's too many people using the WiFi since I am unable to connect. That's the only issue. The rest of my experience is really good. Looking forward to stay again at the hotel.
