環境待加強，其他皆可。

枕頭下方有些許短髮及捲毛，牆面棉屑多。半夜兩點多飲水機開始發出極大聲音，無法入睡，反應櫃台回覆以前沒客人提出這個問題喔。有錄影下來，無法上傳。

禁菸還是有菸味

不免俗的，雖說是禁菸房，但房間一定會有殘留的菸味，另外當天房間wifi壞掉了，雖說有派人來處理，但還是無解。其他都還算不錯

禁煙房還是有點煙味，還在可接受範圍內，硬體設備與服務態度都非常好，早餐非常豐盛。
