Better than expected
Hotel looks really nice on the inside, and staff were extremely courteous. We however couldn't find how to switch hot water, and manager in the morning was a bit upset about not being able to figure out hotels.com order... But staff's helpfulness was outstanding so it still deserves 5 stars
