Nice large rooms and comfy bed. The food was very delicious and typical German fare. Decor is a little old in the bedrooms with squeaky wooden floor boards. Surrounding area is nice with some shops but nothing big.

Location was perfect for exploring beautiful architecture and historic sites. No AC but cooled off with opening large windows. If you don’t sleep well with ambient noise, the church bell every 15 minutes, though muted, may not be your thing. Over all an enjoyable stay.

Quiet and Convenient Location
Enjoyed the historical ambiance in this somewhat older hotel. Nicely updated with comfortable bed, big bathroom and excellent breakfast. I ate dinner at lovely restaurant in hotel lobby. Relaxing and at the same time elegant dinner atmosphere. Would recommend if you enjoy peace and tranquility.

Great place to stay!
Great location in old downtown Eisleben. This old hotel has been beautifully updated and is very nice. The rooms were large and tastefully decorated. The lift makes it easy to get to the rooms. We had to leave early and when we mentioned it to the staff, they offered to make us to take-away breakfasts. They had them waiting for us when we were ready to leave! Great place to stay!

This is the place to stay in Eisleben
Older decor needs some refinement, but this is a great spot and in the center of it all. Friendly, helpful staff...highly recommend

Im Badezimmer waren die Fensterbänke dreckig. Am Waschbecken klebten Zahnpastareste. Allgemein ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Service der Mitarbeiter war hingegen top!

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gute und ruhige Lage mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt. Das Hotel machte einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Keinen Wunsch offen ließ das Frühstücksangebot. Vom Vegetarischen bis zum Herzhaften war alles möglich.

Service, Personal ist nett, zuvorkommend, deutsch. Zimmer, leider für diesen Preis, sehr dürftig, Risse in der Wand, Staub, TV Fernbedienung funktionierte nur teilweise, morgens Duschen, kein Wasserdruck, es plätscherte nur ein wenig raus... Schade, bei den Superbewertungen im Vorfeld und den Zimmerpreisen hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet.

Die Unterkunft war sauber das Personal hilfreich.Kann ich weiter empfehlen. Aber Expedia muß mir die 25,80 € für den zusätzlichen Gast zurückzahlen denn ich war nur mit meiner Frau im Hotel also ohne einen einen zusätzlichen Gast. Schönes in die Jahre aber gekommenes Hotel mit rustikalem Ambiente. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Eisleben ist der „Graf“ empfehlenswert.
