Sorry that I can't respond in German. Sorry that your stay with us hasn't satisfied you. We are trying to do our utmost best in these Covid-19 times. Many restrictions are requested by the government or via the Headquarter, as no service for instance. These rules are set up to assure the security and safety of both you our customers as our staff members. However this can't be an excuses for not providing a great service. Kind regards
