A whole lot of show . . . No Functionality
When we arrived, the primary door was broken. When we were given the instructions to enter the flat, the combo for the immediate door was cut out in the instructions. Had to call smart flats to get the combo but what was more troubling was that it appeared that the staff we called was not aware of the status of the property on site.
Upon entering the facility, we were surprised that the elevator did not work (no signage indicating it was out of service) so we had to carry all of our luggage up to our flat on the 5th floor via the stairs.
Once we settled in we were able to connect to the WiFi which was great. . . for about an hour before that went out and it never came back on throughout our stay. The shower in the bathroom had a broken bracket for the shower head and the drains for the shower and the sinks were slow. In one of the sinks we investigated we pulled a lot of hair out.
While the flat was furnished with plates and glasses, there was no silverware to be found. We had to go buy silverware in order to be able to eat our food properly.
While the flat is perfectly located, it is a bit of a gamble when you book there as there is no manager on site. Overall, I’d recommend spending a little more money and booking at a proper hotel than this place.
