Fantastic location (overlooking the beautiful sights of the city) and quality of hotel overall (there was a large glass shower cubicle in the centre of the room, spacious suite, and large comfortable bed). The only thing I would say is that even on balance it was a little expensive especially as breakfast wasn’t not included. however I would certainly consider going to this hotel again should the price be comparable with others in the area - there is a lot of choice.

Uncomfortable pillows, very expensive bar

Pros: Decor. Tasty cocktails (but expensive). Clean. Smells.
Cons: View at night from bar. Location. Being woken at 2am by fire false fire alarm. Pillows. View from our room (2nd floor).
Location: Restaurant Cyrano is a two-minute walk, excellent food.
We were looking forward to this hotel given that it was rated so highly. The location is on a dual-carriage way, not in the hustle and bustle of the town, and is a bit of a trek to the shops and sights. The pillows were too large and we ended up ditching them as they hurt our necks. We were woken at 2am on the first night by a false fire alarm; no compensation was offered or given when we asked. Coffee during our only visit to breakfast was cold. Cocktails around are €20 each, but they are beautifully presented and we did enjoy them. Our view from the second floor was of roadworks. The view during the evening on the 8th floor bar is of the reflected bright pink lights all along the bar area, it would be better to keep the bar dark so that guests can take in the view. The hotel was very clean and our room was immaculate. The coffee machine in the room was only stocked with one espresso and one decaf pod; the mini-bar was similarly bare. We would not visit this hotel again, it was too expensive for the service offered, and the location is not great for tourists.

Sehr zentrale Lage, super Service

Pros: Service, Lage, Ausstattung der Zimmer
Sehr zentrales Hotel etwa 10-15 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Hervorragender Service, sehr gute Zimmerausstattung. Würde es jederzeit empfehlen!
