The location of Cobb Arms is excellent and if you need a room that accommodates 4 people then it's possibly good value for money. But the room and facilities are extremely tired, the entrance/exit to be used outside of pub opening hours is via the refuse area and is frankly disgusting. The breakfast was incredibly poor. The staff were cheerful in a disinterested sort of way.

Nice place to stay.
Pros:Location was good
Cons:Fire doors need dampers to prevent banging.
Location:Good location but no car park. Nearest cheap parking was 20mins walk. There was closer parking but not cheap...
Nice Place but rooms above a pub, so expect noise until pub shuts.
