Dear Sir, Thank you very much for your comment Our hotel is located in a small street and it's better if you take the map in our internet website to find easely our hotel or call us and we send it by mail. We are at 5 km from the center of Lyon and you have a city bus every 20 minutes who drive to the center. the bus stop is at 5 minutes walking. The water in the room is a drinking water a,nd if you want a mineral water you must ask to the bar. We haven't room service. Our parking is safe.
