I liked the lounge area and the cleanliness of the hotel. It’s walking distance to restaurants and bakeries and not too far from Vieux Lyon and Jardin Bontanique de Lyon. While the room was comfortable, the bathroom didn’t have towel racks/handles. We found that as a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately we had water issues, no hot water for a shower and both the coffee makers were not working. Coffee machine in the room also did not seem to function. A backup as in a kettle and some packets of coffee would have been nice or some vouchers to a coffee shop. Otherwise a nice hotel, staff friendly, very clean and centrally located.

Front of house was excellent. Room was weird ( you needed to walk through the shower to get to the toilet) and needed a deep clean/wash. Overall very good though.

Great hotel right by the river. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size although needed a chair and more storage/closet accommodation. The lounge area is very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is not worth the price, but complimentary coffee and snacks were really nice. Would stay here again when visiting Lyon!

Absolutely wonderful great service, quite , helpful and hospitable staff. Close to the happening area in Lyon. We enjoyed the most the snack bar and the coffee machine are open for free all day long and the cheese , charcuterie snack in the evening was wonderful as well.

Its a lovely hotel . Walking distance from everywhere. No metro close by though. We did have a little problem. There was a fly in the room and they had no insecticide. Of coarse one doesn’t travel with bug spray!

Nice stay, location is perfect to be able to explore Lyon by foot. The staff is nice and the free coffee/snacks is always appreciated. The only downside is somewhat the design of the bathroom, doesn’t leave much room for privacy. Apart from that I would definitely recommend for a short stay in Lyon!

Beautiful, well maintained and well managed hotel. We had an extremely comfortable suite with breathtaking views on the city. Also the breakfast buffet is really worth it. Go ahead and book with no hesitation!

The staff were very approachable , knowledgeable and helpful. The club offered a well stocked variety of food throughout the day including gluten free options. The hotel is situated on the river Rhone, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. Slight downside was limited hanging space and storage inside the bedroom as we stayed for a week. We would recommend and return!
