Room, view, VG indeed. Lovely soft and fluffy towels and the bath towels were actually BIG ENOUGH, which is rare 5 star or not. Good hot water at any time. lovely fluffy bath robes. Iron and board in room. Staff exceptionally helpful. Couple of suggestions: 1. Dimmer for en suite light during night. It is very bright, switch is of course outside the en suite as requ'd by H & S, but that means that the very bright light penetrates the room and easily wakes up any one else sleeping in the room. 2. Height of TV in our room needs raising it came just below shoulder height for me, and could be quite dangerous. I mentioned these at the hotel and am confident that they will be dealt with ,as they receive suggestions very positively.
