Join us in Lincolnshire for a truly unique retreat at our charming smallholding.
Here, we embrace a lifestyle of simplicity and connection with nature. Our smallholding is a dream come true, where we grow our own vegetables and share our space with our 7 horses, 8 chickens, two black cats called Ozzy and Meg, and Rotty Rosie and a labrador named Ollie.
Wake up to the sweet melody of birdsong and immerse yourself in the tranquility of rural life. Our retreats offer a distinctive experience, bringing together like-minded individuals who share a love for animals and nature. Enjoy healthy, homegrown food, nourishing both body and soul, while participating in activities designed to relax and rejuvenate.
Whether you’re engaging with our horses, savouring fresh produce, or simply soaking in the serene atmosphere, our site provide a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Come and be a part of our dream, and leave feeling refreshed and inspired.
As a self-catering lodge, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. Our vintage caravan is quaint and just endured a loving make over and has housed many friends and family on her maiden voyage!
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, and toaster and hot water.
The lodge is a perfect place to relax and offers no wifi or TV but is the perfect place to watch the ponies grazing around the field .
There is one bedroom in this lodge which contains a double bed and small double at the end with a sliding partician so you could separate your bed off and still keep the lounge area . This is a 5 birth caravan but we suggest it is suitable for just 2 people to give you more room .
There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a shower. The bed slides down from the double sofa. You will be required to make this up as you would for any touring caravan .
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
We also allow you to use the table and chairs in the picture and also our training room if you wish to sit inside and watch the horses or just eat your tea.
We also offer complimentary Tea and Coffee in the basket too along with a coffee biscuit or breakfast bar .
We offer the use of our fire pit for your stay .
Please note this is also a site for retreats for women at the weekends in our larger caravan Velvets View.
We are an equine therapy centre and our horses are enjoyed for ground work and non ridden work. We are not a riding centre.
This is a NON SMOKING site and we do not allow smoking due to the hay barn and straw barn and wood buildings.
Additional food can be purchased at an additional cost. We grow our own veg and have our own chickens for fresh eggs.
This site is not suitable for infants
