You need to speak Portuguese to stay here as they do not speak much English. The billing is a hard as they charge for stuff then credit and you have to watch what's going on my expense report will be a nightmare.

Fantastic location on the beach front of Macaé city. Because of covid breakfast in the room... I always prefer to go to the dinning hall. Clean room with a beautiful beach view. I will stay again in this hotel.

Perfectly decent hotel
Hotel location is right on the beach. About 1km from all the bars and restaurants, but it’s a flat walk and easy to get to. So all in all location is great. Staff in the hotel are ok, they didn’t particularly explain anything and due to COVID we were unaware that breakfast can be ordered from the room. A wasted journey to reception, but breakfast was decent so happy with that. Not many staff speak English, so if you cannot speak Portuguese, expect some issues. Room was good. A bit of a waste having a king and single bed in a suite. A king and sofa would be far more practical. Shower room was good, although weirdly the shower hooks are the isolation points for hot and cold water. Don’t touch these if you can. Also had someone else’s hair on a wall which is never pleasant. I’d rate this as 7.5/10 decent enough. Didn’t blow us away but for the price, cannot complain

This is the newest property that I have ever experienced in Macae. My guess is that it opened within the past 2-3 years. Everything works, nothing is worn out as can be experienced in some other top rated properties in the area. The place was spotless, comfortable and in a great location in front of the beach. The breakfast was very good and had a wide selection. Dinner was likewise very good. Usually there is a dinner buffet; however, apparently due to low occupancy, the advertised dinner buffet was not available on this particular Thursday night. I was assured that it would be available the following night. The pool area is well maintained with a beautiful oceanfront view. The pool water was clean and clear. My only negative comment concerns the bathroom amenities. It seemed out of place finding the same items that I would expect to encounter in a 2 star property at one of Macae's top ranked properties. They could at least provide a normal "hotel size" bar of soap, which is large enough to hold onto, instead of the tiny bars that are the current amenity.

Exelente custo beneficio.
Hotel moderno, limpo, arrumado, confortável, check-in e check-ou rapidos, o café da manhã e muito farto e variado e servido no restaurante que funciona no térreo, muito bom e bonito, possui uma piscina de borda ifinita na cobertura com sauna e academia, não possui mesa de ping pong, sinuca ou totó, caminhando pela orla fica a uns 15 minutos de caminhada bem agradável ate orla da praia de Cavaleiros onde vc encontra muitos bares e restaurantes para todo tipo de gosto, enfim o hotel é muito bonito e de bom gosto, não tenham duvida vale muito apena se hospedar nesse hotel.

Vou com frequência a Macaé, pois um de meus filhos reside nessa cidade. Já experimentei todos os hotéis da orla e o Paradiso foi o que mais gostei e para onde volto sempre. Recepcionistas atenciosos, arrumadeiras simpáticas e prestativas, quartos espaçosos e limpos, banheiro com ótimo chuveiro. A única reclamação é a falta de espelho para maquiagem e iluminação melhor para maquiagem no banheiro. Travesseiros também não são confortáveis, mas as camas são muito boas. O café da manhã é bom, bastante variado. Aceitam pets, mas não permitem a entrada no restaurante, o que atrapalha sobremaneira o café da manhã, forçando-nos a andar longa distância para buscar os itens do café no restaurante (somos obrigados a ficar num salão do lado de fora do restaurante, depois do hall dos elevadores, sendo que o buffet fica no outro extremo do restaurante, lá no final). Penso que poderiam reservar um espaço dentro do restaurante, só para famílias com pets. Outra coisa: o frigobar tem somente água e muito cara!

Complicado.
Complicado... O chuveiro esta com os adesivos invertidos, só soube pq a agua nao esquentava e pedi para a manutenção verificar...ele informou sobre os adesivos invertidos e que para esquentar bastava deixae o chuveiro aberto por uns minutos. No 514 o compressor do ar condicionado fica "dentro" do quarto, com isso você fica ouvindo aquele barulho e arma e desarma de compressor no seu ouvido. Por duas vezes as camareiras entraram no meu quarto sem bater, meteram a chave e quando viram a TV ligada se desculparam e sairam. Uma dessas entradas foi as 08:10 de domingo.
