Dissapointing welcome
After a long journey we arrived at 4am at the hotel, but instead of welcoming us the receptionist told us we should not have been able to make a reservation because the hotel was fully booked (we booked the night before). Than he said there was one room available with two single beds instead of the double from the description. The hotel itself is worn and the beds are not very comfortable. The next day they did accomodate me though when I asked for a chair in the room. But all in all would not recommend.

Se reformarem, será excelente!
O hotel tem tudo para ser excelente, é uma pena que nao investem em uma reforma! Sao quartos grandes, cama confortável, café mto bom! Todavia, é bem antigo, as sacadas estao lacradas, e as janelas nao abrem, tudo isso pq nao investem !

Razoável. O quarto era bem antigo e o ar não gelava direito. Pedimos pra trocar de quarto e fomos atendidos. O hotel tem 2 elevadores. Mas, o único que funcionava era o de serviço. Check in extremamente demorado. Porém, os funcionários eram muito atenciosos.

Minha experiência não foi das melhores no Praia Hotel Enseadas; Como pontos positivos temos a localização e a simpatia dos funcionários; Pontos Negativos: 1 - O Wifi do hotel simplesmente não funciona, fiquei 8 dias e em nenhum deles eu consegui usar a internet do hotel; tive que gastar um valor consideravel de pacote de dados adicionais por causa disso. 2 - O quarto que me deram era nos fundos do hotel com a janela de frente a uma area de carga/descarga de outros hoteis. O barulho era insuportável. - Quarto muito simples e nem lixeira possuia; tinhamos que colocar o lixo no canto do quarto; - Higiene do quarto tambem deixou muito a desejar, encontramos insetos e roupas do hóspede anterior. Em resumo, acredito que existam opções melhores na mesma faixa de preços do Enseadas.

Estadia péssima . A cama estava quebrada , queriam trocar por uma menor pq disseram que não tinham outra do mesmo tamanho pra repor e como minha esposa não quis aceitar , arranjaram outra do mesmo tamanho . Quarto com cheiro forte de mofo . Não tem estacionamento . Nem para pagar por perto . O meu carro ficou no estacionamento do calçadão , muitos drogados por lá pedindo 15,00 para olhar o carro e de quebra , ainda levei uma multa . Não tem nem onde colocar o carro para descarregar as malas , muito menos quem ajude . Colocaram nossas malas no carrinho e nós que tivemos que levá-lo no elevador . O café da manhã a desejar , sem ar condicionado no salão , muito calor . Elevador muito antigo , não aguenta a demanda dos hóspedes . Piscina pequena e sem segurança . Além de não indicar , não voltarei lá . A única coisa que condiz com a foto é a parte externa .
